We have excellent training facilities with resources available to assist students in further study such as our Learning Resource Centre, giving learners access to PCs and laptops with internet and email access. There are quiet study booths or tables for open discussions, some resources are available 24 hours a day via our online catalogue. Students have access to photocopying, scanning and printing facilities. The College is held in high regard by its learners enjoying a much higher than national average customer satisfaction rating according to QDP which works with a sample from over 50% of colleges nationally and is the highest rated college for student satisfaction on HE programmes delivered in FE College’s in England. Redcar & Cleveland College is a General Further Education College located in the North Sea coastal town of Redcar. To the West is the River Tees and to the South the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. With a turnover of £10million, we offer a broad curriculum to over 2,500 students across a range of courses from entry level through to degree level. The college works closely with a range of stakeholders and agencies to support the economic regeneration of the locality and the wider Tees Valley and offers a range of Gateway Programmes and Work Skills Programmes with a high degree of success through progression to employment and further training.
